Vision benefits

Hearing services

Fitness and wellness programs

Transportation assistance

Over-the-counter allowances (available on certain plans)

Benefits vary by plan and service area.

Types of Medicare Advantage Plans

PPO (Preferred Provider Organization)

Special Needs Plans (SNPs)

Special Needs Plans are designed for individuals with specific healthcare needs or qualifying conditions.
